Fraud and cheating

Upon a web-search to get a drive solution application I discovered a 'Customers Record' website declaring Netcon3 was a 'bestbuy'. I logged-on towards the website, adopted the coaching and joined my charge card data. I'd a similar encounter with Netcom3 except that in my own situation I acquired a login signal and saved the program. It seems to become not capable of eliminating something in the pc, plus they don't react to technical assistance demands...
