Automatic payments without authorization

I've gotten billed on my Money One-Card from "mni" many times. Once for $9.95 "settled", but named Capital Someone To stop the automated cost for them. But, they billed me again, for a. 95 &. 95 =. 90 in 8 weeks, but got the in one single cost.

I get my free statement from lender and none from 'mni". Any recommendations?
