Getting my charge card without agreement!

I don't understand who the corporation is however they have now been charging my charge card. I simply ended my card. They don't reply their telephone and that I DO NOT KNOW who they're or the things they do. The telephone number is 800-930-9932. After I googled the amount all I acquired were reviews about internet scam.
