Being charged for returned item

In Dec. 2006 I requested the test of slim tabs that was free aside from the delivery of $3.75. I tried them-and they did nothing for me personally. Used to do not purchase the following container so when I received it, I delivered it unopened and received a mail they had obtained. It. Sadly used to do not create a backup of the e-mail simply because they stated they'd acquired it. Today I'm being affected with selection characters and not able to contact Slim Tabs by telephone. I actually donot understand what to complete from below.
