Have not obtained my purchase!

I requested a set of slippers out of this organization on August 29th. I applied my bank card to cover them, and was sent a bill the same time that was very. I've yet to get my purchase, and the concept claims the mail-box is complete, and certainly will take no further communications when I contact the amount supplied. I've also tried contacting the corporation. They've almost $28.00 of my cash, and an answer would be atleast appreciated by me from their website.
