Unauthorized money withdraw from my bank acct.

I received a letter from United Benefits Advantage thanking me for staying with them. My bank account was charged $24.95. I have no idea who they are or how they got my bank information. When you call the number on the letter, it never connects to a person. It just says an agent will be with you, you are number one in line, and then it says to leave your name and number. When you look up the phone number online, it is for some company that claims to work with them, but they are not them.
