This company took my money, almost immediately tagged part of the order with a tracking number that was never "picked up," so it was really never shipped. The balance of my order is still in "processing," although they claim the product is in stock. It's been a week, and I can't get any human to actually answer me. The email responses are all AI-generated and do not address my inquiries. The company at this address has no phone number that I can find. It seems like a big scam to me.
