I believe this is a scam website

I requested pandora beads that I understood weren't genuine however for the cost was prepared to buy. I requested the merchandise on January 1st but still don't have any following info. I had been billed and when I attempt to contact them I get a contact in the same individual each time stating my item has delivered and they'll supply following info briefly. Which was 3 nights before but still no following info. It's been over per week today and nothing.in my opinion this can be a fraud site.
