Misleading website, avoid at all costs

Misleading site. I submitted the image I needed published on the problem, also it submitted just good. I examined the image, established that it was how I needed it, along with a week later, I obtained a problem that had 50% of the picture sliced down. I approached customer support, plus they ostensibly explained "sorry you did not begin to see the fine-print, but we've the best to harvest your image once we see fit. Merry Christmas."

Today my buddy and his spouse (problem lovers) obtain a problem that's his greatest guy and many buddies sliced from the image due to "my" error.
