I did not receive the order I placed with with this on 11/17 for the Harry Potter DVD 8 Set Collection at a cost of $49.99. The don't reply. A dispute was placed with my Credit Card Company to get this charge removed from my credit card account. The Globara web site is a Scam and should be reported to the higher athority to get the website shut down and possible prosecution for fraud. Why is this website still in operation?
