Lies, double charges. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging but

First of all let me say that if my company was on this site with all these complaints I would have to

A) Change the way I do business B) Go out of business like E-Gumball should.

When you type in E-Gumball on Google and one of the sentences states (complaints) that's a red flag.

From reading the posts no wonder they have so many complaints. They are trained very well to talk the talk but they don't walk the walk.

They offer deals that they don't follow through with, they lie, they double charge, they make it sound like you're the idiot and misunderstood. They went as far as telling us to get a fake phone # and address in a popular city here in Michigan so the rankings would be higher.

Their agreement form you sign does not state anything about that a early cancellation will result in a 100% of the remaining agreement. I still don't get how you can charge a customer for something they are not receiving.
