1. I JAMES, I live on a fixed income of $_985.00%a month% from A pension funds. I AM retired and enjoy INTERNET, so I joined the SITE 500cents-500dollars.com

2. They claimed in there terms and which is a contract that we and 500cents-500dollars.com agreed to that once you made 500 dollars you can request and will be paid 500.00 dollars with in 30 days as of yet I nor anyone has gotten paid.

3. On the 20 September I sent 500cents-500dollars.com an email requesting a payout which they never answered they have always said honest members will be paid.

4. They are doing ads promising payouts when minimum payout is reach

As of today I still have not been paid that is why I am writing this letter to you, and the authorities to file this with the complaint. All I want is to be paid and I will stop all actions I earn that money and (see exhibit2) they have claimed that they have made over 5.1 million dollars by there site (500cents-500dollars.com)
