Bad cpu and motherboard, will not refund or exchange. I am ANGRY! Rip-off!

How can they get away with this? I order a cpu and motherboard, the cpu does not work. The motherboard is shot to hell and I am one crazed killer. BURN THE PLACE DOWN AND BLAME IT ON THE WILDFIRES (KIDDING).

Don't buy from these fools they will take your money and run. They will not answer my calls or e-mails. They did answer my emails about when I could expect shipment and If they deliver on saturday, but as soon as I said I need a return, all communications ended.
