Charged $99 for registration

I had no previous warning that I was going to be charged $99 to my account when I thought I was registering! I am very angry about it. I immediately found a link to customer support and told the lady what happened. She told me that it's non refundable and that they will refill my 250 bids if I am unsuccessful in winning. She also told me she will send me a $500 grocery card. I am not expecting to receive anything from them. I am going to call their headquarters tomorrow and complain, I am NOT giving up.
