SNAPS WEB DESIGN Designed web site then put under own name and I cannot gain control to do anything with this and he has not and will not return calls over the past 6 weeks

Mr. Torres designed my web pages, 4 each and listed them on Google. The main one OLD GUYS DROOL.net cannot be accessed, nor any of the websites to do changes or even make host changes. I now have a virus that needs to be corrected by host and to show that I am the owner.in accordance to the contract, he is in violation and cannot be reached. He lived at the Veer Towers last time I was able to meet with him, but has now disappeared with the access to my websites and I cannot gain access to these. It is costing me money since the one site is a business unit.
