I have 11 domains registered with them and now it is a nightmare

I've 11 websites listed together and today it's a headache. Do not try to contact them by telephone. Store times are nearly one hour. Whenever you do get somebody about the telephone they do not understand what to complete. If you've just one site to make use of it could meet your needs. When you have more it's useless. The catchall FOR SEVERAL areas should be one email address. They do not appear to worry about the clients anymore. They will have left my areas and guaranteed me that they'll discover "why" they were completed in this way. NO response to this very day! I am finished with them. They will have obtained a functional program and today managed to get useless. I have been studying about others which have had exactly the same difficulty as I've plus they are all rushing to locate another house.

I'd suggest you discover other people to host your site.
