It is now 5 hours later after I bought 900 bids through Paypal and still a no show on my bid count

For that second-time in per week, my purchased estimates aren't shown on the regular basis. It's today 5 hours later-after I purchased 900 estimates through Paypal, their "favored" merchant, but still a no-show on my bet count. I've consequently dropped 104 estimates on an auction product that I needed to keep bidding on, but couldn't. It's finished. The first mail reply from assistance was to apologize because they have now been thus overrun by elevated deals and company, however it doesn't assist my main point here!!!
