Ipage.com Still billing me after deactivating account and for a domain that does not exist

I purchased a website from www.ipage.com and noticed a money-back guarantee and total customer satisfaction guarantee. I found out that the web page was impossible to set up. They charged me anyway and then deactivated it. They claim I never paid for services rendered. On Sept. 9 they charged me another 14.99 for a domain name that is not being used because they shut the web page down shortly after I paid them.

THey will keep billing you even after you stop using their services. Don't use paypal to pay them... They will plunder your account

Avoid these crooks like a plague. Their guarantee is bogus.
