Xsserver provides poor company and xsserver takes money from his clients

Xsserver. Eua several month before they required offline all of the netherland vps hosting without notice. All of the documents on my host got dropped permanently. They didnt solution for months concerning the problem just how to resolve this problem or supplied me by having an alternate support. They continued getting money from my paypal account without my authorization and with no hosting support directed at me. The machines were down for 4-month, never got online again plus they extended to get cash. After I expected them to return me the cash for that 4-month i didnt had any use of my vps host, since it was along, they merely stated they don't return me. Therefore xsserver provides poor support and xsserver takes cash from his clients!!!
