Insight Global will post non-existant jobs on Dice, Career Builder, etc to get your resume.

They will call you with a job clearly outside of your location. When you turn it down, they will ask you questions about your current job, your manager's name, etc.

They request 3 or 4 of your direct manager references with a phone number, then will call your current or former employers and harass them to get them to use Global Insights recruiting services.

Beware consultants! This company doesn't have a job for you. They are phishing for contacts.
