Months ago i sent an email requesting that they "fix" certain problems with their online game. I got an automatic reply, then a "it's your problem reply" as the months went by it seems they were doing something to address the issue. But alas no.

A game should be exciting and fun. Not needing a pastime to pass the time while awaiting something virtual to happen.
But that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Their current actions are solely based on their greed. And finding ways to make their customers PAY more.

But when they change the rules of the game, overnite; they violate my rights as a customer!

My intent is to give them alot of very negative feedback from all over the web. Hoping this will back them off my wallet. And put the game back into the perspective i understood to be "the way things would be" which constitutes a contract. After months of misdirection, deceit, self interest i am looking for help.
