I have been a loyal customer of T6B for several years. Over the past year, my internet service has been sketchy at best. The first time I called, they convinced me to pay an additional $10 per month to obtain faster/better internet service. I couldn't notice any difference. About 6 months ago, I returned from vacation and my computer wouldn't even connect to the internet, so after a little trouble-shooting of my own, I called the service department at T6B.

I was treated very rudely by one of the service techs, to the point he asked me, "do you see the blue "E", click on that to get on the internet" — he was referring to the icon for MS Explorer. I did not find this to be funny. Since they couldn't tell me what was wrong, I decided it must be my equipment, so I purchased a new router. Still nothing, so I called again. The next service person spent a long time trying to help me to no avail. Now, they want me to bring my computer to their store (a 45-minute drive each way.)

I brought my computer in and left it. After about a week they called me and I made the trek back to pick up my computer, happy that it was fixed. But it wasn't because it was never broken! When I got home and tried, I still couldn't get on the internet. I called again and scheduled a service technician to come to my home.

Service tech came, and adjust something with the speed at which my computer connect s to the internet (slowing it down) so that the IP address could be picked up, and then it worked. However, whenever I used Skype, the picture on my computer was all pixelated, and the voices would stop and go intermittently. Apparently, I'm not connecting nor am I receiving the amount of megabytes I'm paying for.

So, today I contact T6B to cancel my service. The rep on the phone tried to convince me to have a tech come to my house to see what is the problem. I said no thanks, I just want to cancel, and I'm told I must give 30 days notice! So, I said, "then send someone out to fix the problem" to which she replied, "you have to talk to the tech department for that."

In the end, she gave me an appointment for service to be stopped around November 27, which is more than 30 days! Just long enough for them to get another payment out of me.
