Unauthorized Charge on my credit card for $99.00

Went on website to check out Zbiddy.com... What it was... How it works... Type of items for auction... Etc. One has to register to be allowed to look over the site. I registered (but do not recall giving my credit card number. I only do that when actually making a purchase or bid. I did neither) I took the free spin offered and won two free bids. That is it! That is the extent of my time on Zbiddy.com. Upon receiving my credit card bill, there appeared a charge for $99.00, which according to person I spoke with on their live chat, was a one time "investment" I made for one of their most popular bid packs! Now I ask you, who in their right mind would 'buy' bids to enter into an auction??? So, I would be paying them for the privilege of making a bid! (I don't think so!) And in addition, I would have to pay for any item I won!

This is a scam, folks! Beware! And you are not even safe if you do nothing but take a free spin! They will hit you up for a buy you didn't make!

I have filed claims for fraud. This is even more important than getting my money refunded. It is a matter of stopping this fraudelant business (and I use that term loosely) so that others do not get scammed.

If you are not going to file a claim, at least pressure Zbiddy into giving your money back. As I've read comments on here, it seems that some have found relief that way.
