Kwic-Claim Medical Billing Solutions is a nightmare

My name is Aleisha McFarlane and I had purchased this software from kwic-Claim over a year ago. I downloaded the software when I recieved it and printed out the study sheet and read everything. Come to find out you need a lawyer or and accountant and have to go through many so called "Tests" before I could start. I have been trying to get a hold of this company through there 1-800# which has been out of order the entire time. I would like to recieve my large amount of money that I paid for this peice of junk. If anyone could tell me how to go about that, I would appreciate it. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Thank you for having this web-sight so people like me can get the help they need, and the rotten businesses can get a taste of their own medicine. Thank you again, and please help me if you can.
