Failed to issue refund on returned defective ink cartridges

Two ink cartridges were order in June from bigdrop423 on Ebay. When I tried to use the cartridges in August the printer would not accept them because it could not identify them as compatible cartridges.

Bigdrop ask me to try several things which did not correct the problem so August, 17 bigdrop provided a Return Materiel Authorization which I used to return the cartridges as instructed August, 20 for a refund to my PayPal account.

The instructions stated the refund could take up to 20 days before showing up on my account. After 30 days the refund had not been received so I sent an email to manage. Bigdrop@gmail.com asking for the status of my refund. I have sent 3 additional emails during the past two weeks and none have been answered and no refund has taken place.
