Order X-box bundle, credit was charged and email notify for shipping but the package has never been picked up

I have ordered an x-box 360 Limited edition star wars bundle with Kinect. Everything seem right, credit card was charged. I got email confirmation of shipping; however the package has never been picked.

Try to contact the company via email or phone with no response. Also now the website has closed down.
