Software "upgrade"

You recently "upgraded" your software for the cable box. Since then I have noticed a slower response to the remote, the time display is frequently inaccurate and tonight, the box stated that it was full, all though it displayed 92% used. After deleting several hours of programming, it changed to 91%, and still said it was full. What is up with this?
