Ripoff! Cannot cancel! Comes in popups through email also

I have been billed for three months and I have tried to stop it I have returned everthing and still they send it every three weeks.

I hope that you can do something about this. I have contacted my credit card company to put a stop but they stay there's nothing they can do. I have to make out a report to the credit card company every month.
