The concept is that when someone clicks a retailer on your webpage and makes a purchase, a check is then mailed to you for a percentage of that sale. Large monthy checks are promised but never materialize. Actually two checks in amounts less than $22.00 each show up every week or two. This appears to be major misrepresentation a scam...
