Bait and swap, fraud

I posted on boston. Craigslist.org stating that I wanted an Apple G4 Powerbook. The individual contacted me, stating that he had such an item for sale. After agreeing to the price of $1100, he sent me the package COD via FedEx. Upon paying and receiving the package, I opened it to find a beaten up Toshiba Protege (Pentium II) worth probably around $200.

The individual was uncommunicative the entire time and also was reluctant to give out personal details. He also turned down using escrow.
