They will take your money and never deliver the items. They do not have any contact other than through their website and no on-line chat customer support services so should have none they were scammers. They send automated e-mail message saying goods will be delivered within 72 hours but items do not ever get sent.
Please do not use this website Lootfetch.com as it is internet fraud site that simply takes your money.
