Tom bathurst Reccommended by msn, biggest ripoff i've ever seen bar none

Internet & Web

Found a trogan on my computers i couldn't remove myself. Msn recommended this co. 14 hours online as thet took control of all three of my computers and had me running from one to another... Their work i viewed online as i wanted to see what they were doing. The problem is still not solved, and i was called this am to resume their work. So far my wife has lost 20 word docs, 3000 pics, and who knows what else. 14 hours and they want more of my time. They have no clue what they are doing, but added 7 new programs to my computers that are free for 2 weeks, then require subscription.
Had a local tech this am work on problem... Took 30 min. My internet was screwed up, my ip addresses were wrong, and they admitted they changed them. But most importantly, they lost thousands of dollars in software, they removed norton and put their own, $200 antivirous program on and instant links to their help line.
Don't use them... Its one huge scam, a minority owned business for sure. Noone speaks real english, and none of the techs can spell even online.
