Slander site, $100 blackmail

I recieved an email with a link to this site with my "profile".
It lists my name name, my pic and email.
Seems anyone can submit anyone to the database, and they want $100 dollars to remove the listing.
The domain was registered recently. Big Scam. I wonder what can be done about this.
