They never told me it failed to deliver and there was no communication

Positioned the purchase and also the tackle got all messed up. They never explained it didn't provide and there is no conversation until some junk seeking a satisfaction questionnaire. I completed their contact type but still no mail conversation. No method to contact them. I believe it'll get managed however it will most likely consider additional time.
