ISP cold fusion web hosting misrepresentation. They run ONE shared hosting machine and it crashes a lot

IXWebhosting misled me from the start that they provide reliable Cold Fusion shared web hosting. I was hosting with Go-Daddy without incident for years but they decided to stop offering those services about a year ago. I checked around and found IXWebhosting boasting that they were reliable web hosting ISPs.

For years I worked on getting my company to pop up first page on the search engines with SEO and that is the state of my rankings when I left Go-Daddy. IXWebhosting was very courteous and has a great chat facility that operates 24/7. The people I spoke with seemed knowledgeable. I fell hook line and sinker for the glittering pearls of promises and assurrances. IXWebhosting assured me they had a network of servers with loan balancing and were expert at Cold Fusion shared hosting.

Within a few months of moving my sites (I have about a dozen), the main site began to crash regularly. 2-3 times a week, an hour or two every time. I tried to communicate with the chat and report it. I had a company monitor and report when it went down. I reported it, they rebooted the computer. I say THE computer because over time I found out they aren't running multiple shared computers. They are running ONE server shared hosting Cold Fusion! This is a major misrepresentation. The result, my websites are nowhere near the front pages of the search engines anymore. I'm told that when the spiders pass and the sites are down that position is lost. So that's where I am. I contacted Macromedia (Cold Fusion) and they recommended several other hosting services.

All along the path of misrepresenation the automated system kept sending me sweet talking emails of how they are trying and please bear with them and work with them. Then I find out about the ONE machine and confirm that with the company and the company who owns them. So I'm moving my services but I'll have to start over on the expensive and time consuming process of SEO to have my company pop up in better locations on the search engines. They sound nice and probably are nice people but they are running a single web server for a bunch of shared accounts. That's really outrageous. They lied to me all along until the end. They said they run shared servers and Cloud clusters of servers. They run ONE.
