We hired Mr / Ms Barbara Hudson claiming he / she is a Independent Computer Software Professional back in 2009 in Montreal to develop a program for our security company. We hired Barbara Hudson to develop an application for our security cameras in which he / she recommended the programming language PHP with mysql database.

After promising us a 2 month development period Barbara Hudson took an additional 5 months of billable hours to only provided us with open source code which can be downloaded online for free. Apart from being delayed 5 months and us being under thousands of dollars, the nightmares began as Barbara Hudson started to claim that the code belong to him / her.

The claims started to escalate, as Barbara Hudson started to contact our clients and telling them that we are defrauding our customers. He / she then started to post articles online that our company was not credible and we made empty promised.

After losing 75% of our customer base due to Barbara Hudson defaming our brand, we then started to get registered letters claiming that he / she will be taking us to court.

Our lawyers could not have understood how disturbed this individual was and to what degree Barbara Hudson was willing to take down a company even when he / she was in the wrong. The internet has no laws and as he / she claims it called "citizen-journalism"
