AffiliSys LLC. Trying to upgrade and publish to my web site

This company that I hired is rated by the BBB on a scale of A to F as an F a fact that I was not aware of (can be checked out through the BBB, Wilmington Delaware). I took them at face value liking their system software and sales approach to my needs and it actually worked out for a while and is the reason I do not understand their actions and why they will not respond to explain. The details are as follows, the company is Voda Host owned by AffiliSys of 1220 N. Market Street, Wilmington Delaware 19801, Mr. Mario Dorizas, President.

I have been doing business with these folks for a little over four years having purchased their software package to build and place a web site on the net.

My problem with them of late is that I have been trying to upgrade my system and needed another password to access the net and the passwords given were defective with the end result I have a web site on line that I cannot repair or access. I complained a bit and they retaliated by telling me that they completely lost any reference to me or my web site in their data bank which is ludicrous and will not answer my mailings to them and/or do what is needed to get things going for which they solicited and I paid for in advance for a full year of service that ends in February.in checking around this company has numerous complaints filed against it both on FB and the RIP OFF REPORT. I have and will lose many hundreds of dollars and run time if this problem is not addressed.
