I am waiting from 2 weeks and until this moment they cant resolve my problem

Borderlinx changed my bundle with a different one and sent it to some other nation. It had been likely to obtain my cargo since 11 July however it did not appear. I approached borderlinx plus they explained that my cargo was changed with a different one overseas and they'll correct this issue and redirect the cargo towards the proper location. The position of the waybill of my cargo is: (delivered to shipper!) and the shipper (that will be borderlinx) have no idea something about it.!! I'm waiting from 14 days and until this second they cant solve my issue. I attempted to solve this problem using their customer care but without any success.
