Even Balance
PunkBuster Banned from a game even though I did not cheat after spending close to $200 for the game and premium access of Battlefield 3

I was unable due personal issues to use the game for a few days, after trying to join online games I was instantly kicked by PunkBuster (Even Balance software), due suspiscious activity. I spent close to $200 dollars on the game, and they refuse to lift the ban. They said themselves that they have no clue of what happened but cannot solve the problem because they do not want that (whatever it was) to happen again.
