Charged my credit card

I assumed from what I read that QuiBids was free.

My credit card was charged $60.00 and I later found out that winning a bid has nothing to do with that

$60.00. You pay for the product along with shipping;it's not deducted from the $60.00. They use the $60.00

For the cost to bid. I could not find anything regarding an upfront charge.
