I ordered Microsoft Office 2010 from this company. The order confirmed that the product was in stock. They asked for proof of eligibility for the special pricing which I submitted the same day. When the product never arrived I checked and they said that I had not sumbitted the proof. I re-submitted the proof and then the story was that the product was no longer available. Microsoft Office not available? Really? Conveniently it's still on their website.
They did offfer to sell me the product at almost double the price.
