Sent me something I didn't receive!

To put into words I have not received what I paid for. I paid $51.71 for a photo canvas on May 24th and it has not arrived. I called and complained on phone and by Email and they gave me the runaround and said they would give me half my shipping costs back and send me my order again! They said they were going to ship it on July 20 at 7:00pm. I have received nothing back!
