I need a hosting service for my intending blog website, I contacted their web chat support and they told me to pay, i paid $216 3 weeks ago and since then they have gone silent

Their phone number never rings and anytime I try contacting them via web chat they will ignore but when I use a different name they always chat with me and when I bring up my issue they go silent.

Please do not fall a victim like mine, do not pay or seek their services they are not real.
