Complaint on Jason Sayers my first rip off on e-bay

I was the high bidder on ebay. I had to send the payment to Canada around the holidays which I used as an excuse to why the seller claimed my payment go to him in two weeks.

Well he said he send it off on the 15th of December. It is now January 12th and still no package.

He claims he sent it, but its been about a month now, He didnt put no tracking on it and still claims he sent it when i email him.

Unfortantly you cant leave any feedback to someone after 30 days,

Now how am I suppose to leave bad feedback when they erase everything after 30 days! So now Im *&%$ out of luck. I have never been ripped off of ebay before and now I am. Beware of Jason Sayers.
