Paid them and haven't received anything

I settled them and they did not provide and so i waited there twenty four hours, subsequently i flooded their talk line and would not let-up til they returned me. Obviously i'd to make some risks. I confronted to contact paypal, the fbi and bbb. I acquired my money back plus they wont obtain a chance to complete it again!!!
