This company seems to have a pattern of rip-offs. I ordered a software program and the url where i was supposed to download the purchased item was simply a page directing me to other pages where the software might be purchased. He refused to return phone calls, e-mails or faxes and the final blow is that he has billed me three times on my credit card for something i never got and continued to bill even after i requested he not do so.
