NO service, disconnected phones, false emails

I purchased the Peek pronto from the Peek with a three month service package. I never activated the device due to no service. I was charged $76.90 on 11/09. I repeatedly put in trouble tickets requesting an RMA (return authorization). The company CEO, Amol, sent out a blanket email saying they no longer are supporting the Peek device. The phones for customer service have been disconnected. Now I see they have a "cloud" service and use the Peek device as a past success story. Total rip off and dis-honest company.
