They've the toughest darn support I've undergone

I couldnt view the movie i requested because of host link problems and problems; a movie was requested by us about 17 th's night, the film was too much time and we chose to complete viewing it. At about 8 pm about the 18 th we attempted to obtain vudu heading and also the community / host problem sprang up 4 occasions, from the period that problem was solved it informed us we've 13 units left to complete viewing the movie (which about 50 units we however did not notice). Subsequently host problem got up again after which we could not perform with the movie at-all since the period has passed. Possibly nevertheless when i named total and complete mess or its some sophisticated plan: somebody called DeeDee tried to persuade me that the movie was viewed by us completely through. VUDU customer support attempting to persuade me that people viewed the movie isnt likely to function, and was not within our family room about the night of the 17 / 18. AND THAT I WAS TOLD EVIDENTLY THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE SUPERVISORS?
