As a web designer who sometimes outsource work to India, I have heard about some horrible experiences but also worked with some good sub contractors. We started with the logo, he got stuck at the first hurdle as he simply could not design something up to western standards. I realised the project was above his means and offered him a more simple job.

He then charged me the full ammount for just designing a sub standard logo - $275 and simply stopped communicating. So $275 for something we typically pay $25 to designers in India to perform! Whilst other genuine designers from India are trying to promote a quality service, Nisarg is certainly making it difficult for westerners to have any form of trust in their service by ripping off companies.
