MYAOPEN.com (a.K.A. SUNNYTECH INC.) promised a quick turn around and free labor in the repair of my computer. What I received was a 2 week turn around, no labor, uninstalled parts and a 1.5 hour trip to track down my computer because they shipped it to the wrong address.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of calling MYAOPEN.com / SUNNYTECH INC. (the builders of my computer) to ask about repairs needed for my system. Their technician told me that the warranty had expired. But if I were to send my system to them and pay for parts I would not get charged for labor. I told the technician that my home business relied upon this computer and that I needed a quick turn around. The technician said if I got it to him by 12/26 he would call me soon after and have it shipped back no later than 12/28.

12/26 - UPS Tracking confirmed delivery of my computer to MYAOPEN.com / SUNNYTECH INC. Received no phone call.

12/27 - Received no phone call. Called to see about my computer and they had not even looked at the system yet. Was told they would call me back that day... After they had diagnosed the problem.

12/28 - No call back. Called to see about my computer. The technician reported that he had just looked at the system and he would ship it to me "no later than Monday (Dec. 30th)". It takes two days to ship from Norcross to my house.

1/2 - Received no computer. Called to see about my computer and was told it had not shipped yet and would be sent immediately.

1/4 - Called MYAOPEN.com / SUNNYTECH INC. To get tracking number for my computer. Got home... No computer... But I did receive a box too small to house my computer. The box contained the parts for my computer... Again... No computer. Immediately called and was told the technical department was closed and I would have to wait until the following Monday.

1/7 - Received phone call from MYAOPEN.com / SUNNYTECH INC. Customer Service rep stating that according to their UPS tracking records my computer had been delivered 1/4. At which time I informed the rep that the computer had not been delivered and that she was confused and needed to recheck with UPS.

LATER on 1/7 - The rep called me back and told me that my computer had been delivered to another address. The address was 45 minutes, one way, from my house.

I had to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick up my computer. Then I had to hire someone to install the parts correctly.

When I repeatedly called MYAOPEN.com / SUNNYTECH INC. To speak to a manager or supervisor I was told by someone named Tom that, "they cannot be bothered." When I asked if his company was willing to offer a refund Tom said, "You got your system and you have your parts... I can't do anything more for you."
